These terms apply to your use of slypkicks.com and purchases from SLYP Kicks. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not place an order. For questions, use our Contact page.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the site with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in information and for activity on your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the site, submit fraudulent orders or misuse our forms.

Product options and prices are shown on the relevant product and checkout pages. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Product photographs may look different on different screens. A displayed product or countdown is not a guarantee of availability or an accepted order.

We may correct errors in product information or pricing. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund an affected payment as required by applicable law; we will not silently charge a higher price.

ASV1 presale purchases are available only when ordering is open. Presale items are not a promise of immediate shipment. Any specific production or dispatch estimate must be disclosed for the relevant order; the launch date is not a delivery date.

A successful payment result records a payment, not proof of shipment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about the available resolution, including any refund required by law. Contact us with your order number for cancellation questions or updates.

Payments are processed by Square through the card form on this website. Do not send card numbers through our contact form. The order total, including applicable shipping and tax, must be shown before payment; checkout may be unavailable when a required calculation has not been configured.

Standard domestic shipping is $12.99 for one pair and $19.99 for two pairs. Merchandise orders strictly over $250 qualify for free standard domestic shipping before tax. Three or more pairs that do not qualify for free standard shipping, expedited shipping and international shipping require a calculated quote. Free standard shipping does not apply to expedited or international service.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery timing, carrier service and any destination restrictions must be confirmed for your order; no fixed delivery time is promised by these terms.

Please review the Shipping and Returns pages and any order-specific information before purchase. These terms do not establish an unannounced return window, restocking fee or final-sale restriction. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue to request help with an incorrect, damaged or missing item. Nothing here limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

SLYP branding, product imagery and original website content belong to SLYP Kicks or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce protected content commercially without permission. External websites and services operate under their own terms.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer protections. Applicable law governs your rights and obligations; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.
