Account information includes your email address and sign-in information. Contact inquiries include your name, email, subject, message and any order number you provide. Newsletter signups include your email address and consent choice.

Checkout collects your email, delivery name, mailing address, product, colorway, size and quantity. Order records can include the order number, amounts, payment status and payment reference. Account wishlists store the products you save; guest wishlists are saved in your browser.

We use this information to provide account access, save wishlists, respond to inquiries, process and administer orders, arrange delivery, maintain transaction records and protect the store from misuse. Newsletter signups are used for the updates you have agreed to receive. Creating an account or placing an order does not itself subscribe you to marketing.

Card details are entered through Square’s payment form. Square processes payment information under its own privacy policy; SLYP does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive payment results and references needed to administer orders.

Our hosting, account and data services support the operation of this website. Shipping providers receive the delivery information needed to fulfill an order. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights or resolve a transaction dispute.

The site uses browser storage for account sessions and guest wishlists. Hosting and payment services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request information and security events to operate and protect their services. Information is retained as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including order administration, accounting, legal requirements and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the type of record; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion date.

Access to customer and order records is restricted. No website or transmission method is completely secure; avoid putting card details, passwords or other sensitive information in contact messages.

You can remove saved wishlist items and manage browser storage through your browser. To withdraw newsletter consent, use the unsubscribe link provided with an update or contact us. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.

The store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
